All levels welcome. These 30-minute, one-on-one mentorship sessions meet you exactly where you are—whether you’re brand new to the craft, self-taught at home, industry-experienced from cafés, trained by other masters, looking forward for your first session, or revisiting after many mentorship sessions. Each session builds on a shared craft and a growing mentorship lineage, shaped through practice, curiosity, and mutual respect rather than a standard course. You arrive with what you want to explore—cafe operations, espresso technique, latte art, recipe creation with sustainable ingredients, sensory skills, brewing fundamentals, starting-up a coffee business, learning commercial cafe flow, or even a big-picture discovery of what coffee offers—then the session unfolds from there through guided brewing and hands-on practice together with Praveen Ponraj.
