Enjoyed my morning bike ride routine, the cool fall colours and air made the ride even more beautiful. I made myself an 8oz Oat Latte. The warmth of the beverage reminded me to eating spicy ginger candy that comforts our throat. The sweet aftertaste is still lingering as I pen this journal. The day is going to be wonderful.
