The art of making brilliant coffee at home while learning together.
Brewing and Tasting Coffee at Home (BATCH) is more than a group coffee workshop—it’s a small, friendly coffee-learning community in Victoria BC, built around curiosity, conversation and the shared pleasure of making brilliant coffee at home.
Each Sunday, a batch of up to six coffee lovers gathers to brew, taste, ask questions, and learn together. Your coffee habits, interests, and questions help shape the session, so no two BATCHes are exactly the same. We explore one brewing method each week while learning how coffee origin, processing, roasting, freshness, grind, water, and technique influence what you taste in the cup.
Come once to learn a particular brewing method or return regularly to deepen your knowledge, develop your palate, and become part of a growing local coffee community. You are welcome to bring your own featured brewing equipment…
