Coffee paper filters for drip and pour-over brewing directly contribute to deforestation. These filters rely on wood pulp sourced from trees, resulting in the destruction of forests for paper production. This practice is certain to devastate habitats, drive species extinction, and exacerbate climate change. Opting for reusable or alternative filters is essential to mitigate this environmental harm.

We acknowledge with gratitude that our restaurant and food production unit are situated on the unceded traditional territory of the Lekwungen-speaking peoples, also known as the Songhees and Esquimalt Nations. We honor and respect the rich history, cultural heritage, and ongoing contributions of the indigenous communities who have stewarded this land for generations. We are committed to learning, listening, and working in solidarity with these Nations as we continue to operate on this sacred land.
