ROASTER'S TASTING MENU
Praveen is the Chief Coffee Roaster and Barista Trainer at Green Cuisine, the restaurant that hosts our Roasting Studio. He practices his art of coffee brewing behind the bar in the mornings and has curated a special coffee menu that includes beverages made from both specialty and competition coffees. The Roaster's Tasting Menu is available Tuesday to Friday between 8:30 AM and 10:30 AM for dine-in only. Simply ask for the secret menu to enjoy this unique coffee experience and meet our founder, roaster, and barista: Praveen. This is a great opportunity to appreciate cafe culture and slow coffee experiences.
