I prepped this using a Moka Pot with paper filters above and below the chamber. Great strong taste as-is. A nice strong full dark flavor that continues to develop - it's can be tricky to get this with a decaf. I could probably give to caffeine-only folks and they wouldn't notice. I added some oat milk. Always a great pairing.

I know how would this coffee tastes as espresso, so wanted to indulge an eight ounce cafe latte made with perfectly textured oat milk. The creamy oat milk enhanced the sweetness of the coffee and balanced the dark chocolate notes. The experience was more like eating the coffee with bite after bite.
