Praveen is the Chief Coffee Roaster and Barista Trainer at Green Cuisine (The restaurant that hosts our Roasting Studio). He practices his art of coffee brewing behind the bar at Green Cuisine in the mornings. He curated a special coffee menu includes beverages made from both specialty coffee as well as competition coffees. The Roaster's Tasting Menu is available only when he is available at Green Cuisine which is Tuesday to Friday 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM.
