THE STORY

We take pride in showcasing coffee professionals who excel in reversing global warming within their field. Our approach involves creating unique products that allow coffee enthusiasts to experience the outstanding work of these professionals firsthand.

Last year, we discovered Los Pinos Farm and their commitment to cultivating coffee plants in harmony with nature while working to reverse global warming. Recently, we collaborated with Virtuous Pie and Frickin’ Delights Donut to create Coffee Donut Ice Cream, which gave us the opportunity to appreciate the work of Byron Corrales and his team at Los Pinos Farm. We roasted one of their coffees in our studio, located in Green Cuisine.

To complement the delicious Frickin’ Delights donut and Virtuous Pie’s artisanal ice cream-making process, we selected Los Pinos’s single-varietal Yellow Catuai coffee and roasted it to 225 degrees Celsius in our roasting machine, which is powered by renewable energy.
